To ensure your peace of mind, we’ve designed a transparent and customer-friendly policy for Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations.

Return Policy
General Return Guidelines
At Kosala, we offer a 7-day return or replacement guarantee on all products. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging, it arrived in. Certain items, however, are not eligible for returns/exchange, including:
- Accessories
- Yardages
Damaged or Defective Products
We’re sorry if your order arrives damaged or defective. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact our customer support team within *24 hours* of receiving your order.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange either a *replacement or a full refund, covering any shipping costs for the return. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process returns for damage-related issues reported **after 24 hours*, so please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service team with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, once you receive the item, you may return it by following our return process. Please note that shipping charges for the return will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Cancel an Order
- For outright cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount as soon as possible if you’ve already paid. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will simply cancel the order. Please email us at support@kosala.com for cancellation requests, or reply to any email communication received from the Kosala team regarding your order, and we will process your request as quickly as possible.
- If your product has already shipped, but not yet delivered, contact our Customer Support team and inform them. We will attempt to recall the parcel.
- If you’ve already received the product, let us know and we will arrange for a pickup in accordance with our standard return/replacement policy detailed on this page.
Refund Policy
Once your return is successfully picked up or received and passes the quality inspection, Kosala will initiate the refund immediately. The timeline for receiving the refund depends on the payment method:
- UPI and Wallet Refunds: Processed instantly (within 48 hours in case of delays).
- Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net-Banking Refunds: Typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- NEFT Refunds: Reflected within 1–3 business days post-initiation.
- K-Points: Credited instantly.
The refund process begins after the product has been successfully picked up and cleared for quality. Delivery times may vary based on the courier service. For any discrepancies in the refund process, Kosala may request your bank statement as proof.
Returns will be picked up from the delivery address. During the pickup, our agent may conduct a quality inspection. Once the product passes the check, we’ll initiate a refund directly to your chosen payment method. If the product does not meet the quality standards, it will be returned to you.
For exchanges, you can replace an item free of cost if there’s a defect or a size mismatch, subject to stock availability and serviceability of your location. Exchange deliveries are made to the same address as the original delivery. If you want to receive the replacement at a different address, we recommend opting for a refund and placing a new order with the updated address.
Can I cancel/return part of my order?
